1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of LootyCoin, including its website, account features, offers, rewards, referrals, support and payment services. By creating an account, signing in or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About the service
LootyCoin is a rewards platform. Independent advertisers, offerwalls, survey providers and other partners may present activities such as surveys, app installs, registrations, games or promotional tasks. A reward is earned only when the relevant partner confirms that the activity was valid.
LootyCoin is not the advertiser, merchant or developer of third-party offers. Availability, eligibility, reward value and approval are determined by the applicable partner and may vary by location, device, account history and other criteria.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher. You must be legally permitted to use the service and receive rewards in your country. You may not use the service if you were previously suspended or banned.
4. One account and accurate information
Only one account is permitted per person. We may also restrict duplicate accounts associated with the same household, device, payment account, network or other risk signal.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity through your account. Do not sell, share, rent, transfer or allow another person to use your account.
5. Account security
Use a strong, unique password and keep login credentials private. Notify us through Support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend an account to protect you, other users or our partners.
6. How offers and rewards work
You must follow each offer's instructions exactly and satisfy every requirement, including country, device, new-user, timing and verification requirements. Opening, starting or completing an activity does not guarantee payment.
A reward becomes eligible only after the partner sends a valid completion confirmation. Some completions are placed on hold before becoming available. If a completion does not track, contact Support with the offer name, date and any available proof. We may request information from the partner, but cannot guarantee that a missing reward will be credited.
7. Pending rewards and review holds
Rewards may remain pending while an advertiser, network or LootyCoin checks the completion. We may delay release where an offer has a hold period, a partner has not paid us, fraud checks require review, or an account is under review. Pending rewards cannot be withdrawn.
8. Reversals and chargebacks
A partner may later reverse a completion because of fraud, duplicate activity, cancelled orders, incorrect information, policy violations or another reason under that partner's rules. When a valid reversal is received, the original reward may be marked reversed and a chargeback record may appear in your account.
Reversal records, related amounts and reasons, where provided, are visible in account history. Repeated chargebacks may result in review, held rewards, suspended cashouts or account action. If you believe a reversal is incorrect, submit an appeal through Support with relevant evidence.
9. Cashouts and payments
Cashout methods, minimum amounts, fees and processing times are shown in the service. You must enter correct payment information. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details you supplied.
Payment requests may be reviewed, delayed, rejected or cancelled when there is suspected fraud, an account review, a negative balance, incomplete verification, partner dispute, incorrect payment details or a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for taxes, reporting duties and costs that apply to your earnings.
10. Referral programme
If referrals are offered, you may earn under the published referral rules. Self-referrals, fake referrals, referral farming, duplicate accounts and referrals from the same household or network are prohibited. We may remove invalid commissions and change or end the programme at any time.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must not use VPNs, proxies, Tor, emulators, bots, scripts, auto-clickers, device spoofing, location falsification or any method intended to hide or alter your identity, device or location.
You must not create duplicate accounts, submit false or stolen information, complete offers for another person, manipulate tracking, abuse promotions, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, reverse engineer security measures, harass others or use the service unlawfully.
12. Fraud prevention and verification
We use automated and manual checks to protect users and partners. These may review IP address, device, location, browser, account behaviour, offer activity, payment information and other signals. We may request reasonable verification before releasing rewards or processing a payment.
Where fraud or a material breach is suspected, we may hold or cancel rewards, reverse invalid credits, limit features, block cashouts, suspend or terminate an account. We may share necessary information with affected partners, payment providers or authorities where legally required.
13. Third-party services
Offers, payment providers, advertisers and partner networks are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy policies. You should read those terms before participating. LootyCoin is not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, decisions, tracking failures or privacy practices.
14. Intellectual property
The service, software, design, branding, text and content belong to LootyCoin or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the service only for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, resell, distribute or create derivative works from our content without permission.
15. Service availability
We may change, pause, restrict or discontinue all or part of the service, an offer, a reward amount, a feature or a payment method at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free tracking or that any specific offer will be available or credited.
16. No guaranteed income
Rewards are promotional incentives, not employment income or a promise of income. Your results depend on available offers and partner approval. We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, offer volume or payment frequency.
17. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, LootyCoin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits, loss caused by third-party offers or providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse LootyCoin, its operators and partners from claims, losses or costs arising from your unlawful conduct, misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
19. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these Terms, fraud risk, legal requirement, partner request, inactivity or operational reasons. Valid, undisputed balances are handled according to the payment rules and applicable law.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law or our practices change. The latest version is posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
21. Contact and complaints
For account questions, missing rewards, payment issues, appeals or complaints, use the Support section after signing in. Please include enough information for us to investigate, such as the offer name, date, transaction ID and screenshots where relevant.
22. Your legal rights
These Terms do not remove consumer or privacy rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
